Find pro bono help > Find board members

There are two easy ways to find board talent:

Important Note: Under the “Nonprofit Interests” filter, be sure to check off “Board Service” to get the best results.

1. Draft a compelling description

Use your job posting to inspire professionals to donate their time and expertise to your organization.  Be sure to add the location of the opportunity and the skills that you need.

2. Start the job title with “Volunteer”

Include the words “Volunteer” and "Board" at the start of your title, such as “Volunteer Board Member”.  This way, candidates understand this is a volunteer board position, rather than a paid opportunity.
